You can access Adobe Express on desktop via express.adobe.com** or download the app via Google Play or iOS App Store. It's free to use by anyone. If you have a Creative Cloud subscription you will also get access to premium features. If you don't have a Creative Cloud subscription and would like to try out the premium features, you can access a free 30 day trial** HERE.

One feature which is so easy to use is the remove background tool, which I recently used for creating my Adobe Express Ambassador announcement on social media. You can access it via the Remove Background Quick Action.
I also really love being able to access layers so you can easily edit individual design elements as well as reordering them via drag and drop.

If you download your design as a PDF, you can open it in Adobe Illustrator and have access to the individual layers. Another bonus is that shapes and text are in vector format for further manipulation.

As I have a Creative Cloud Subscription, I really love that I can access my Creative Cloud libraries and utilise things such as colour palettes or design assets that I have saved there through other Adobe products. You can access libraries via the tool bar on the left hand side on desktop as shown below.
