Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to love your experience with Loopla! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns and Exchanges for Products:

  • You have 30 days from your purchase date to request an exchange or refund.

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us at hello@loopla.com.au.

  • Unfortunately, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

  • Important Notes for Product Returns:

    • Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer (if applicable).

    • You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

    • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.

    • If you’re returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.

Mentoring Programs:
​
  • We don’t offer refunds for our mentoring programs.

  • If you book a group mentoring program and we don’t reach the minimum number of participants, don’t worry! You’ll receive a 1:1 mentoring session instead. We believe in giving you the best support possible, even if it means a change in format.

Online Classes:
​
  • No refunds are available for online classes. We put a lot of love and effort into our online content and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

 

Workshops:

​

  • Refunds for workshop registration are available up to 7 days before the scheduled workshop date. To request a refund, please email us at hello@loopla.com.au.

  • Refunds requested within 7 to 3 days of the workshop date will receive a credit towards a future workshop, minus a $30 administrative fee.

  • Requests for refunds made within 3 days of the scheduled workshop date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

  • If Loopla cancels a workshop, you’ll be offered a choice of a credit for a future workshop or a full refund of the registration fee. Notification of workshop cancellation will be provided via email to all registered participants.

  • Make-up classes for missed workshops are not available. Participants who miss a workshop session will not be eligible for a refund or credit towards future workshops.

  • Workshop registrations are transferable to another individual if you are unable to attend. Please notify us in advance of any changes to the registered attendee.
